$75 1 hr - PILATES
Up to 4 people. Pilates is a body conditioning system that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Think "lean strength". It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

$75 1 hr - JEN'S TOTAL BODY BAREFOOT WORKOUT
Body toning for up to 4 people. Jen's Total Body Barefoot Workout uses your body's own weight to strengthen and tone your arms, abs, legs, glutes, and every little bit in between. We will squat, kick, punch, bring creativity to old school sit-ups and push-ups, and even get your cardio up!

$75 1 hr - JEN'S POWER BODY
Body toning for up to 4 people. This class will connect you to your body and breath, allow you to get your yoga flow on, and use your body's own weight to strengthen and tone your arms, abs, legs, glutes, and every little bit in between. Connect, flow, strengthen!
